Terms and Conditions

Payment

Once a booking form is received, an invoice will be sent to the postal address provided. Places will only be allocated once full payment has been received.

Bookings

All bookings are confirmed by email once a booking form is received by email, fax or post and full payment has been received. Please send one booking form per delegate. It is your responsibility to ensure each delegate is aware of their booking and that the correct email address is provided on the form. Venue confirmation and directions will be sent by email no later than 10 days prior to the course date and only after receipt of payment; it is your responsibility to ensure each delegate nominated has these details. The delegate is responsible for booking accommodation/travel for the course however if you require any help, please feel free to contact Global Reliability Training.

Cancellations

Delegate substitutions are welcome at any time and will not be subject to a charge. Places will not be allocated until payment is received in full. In the event of cancellation, we will apply the following charges: Non-arrivals: 100% of delegate fee; less than 14 days from start date: 90% of delegate fee; less than 30 days from start date: 75% of delegate fee.
